Group Classes

We offer a mixture of Pilates Reformer, Functional Weight Training, high-intensity cardio, and stretch & mobility group classes! We have a mixture of Foundations (beginner), intermediate, and advanced classes. Not sure where to start? Private & Semi-Private Lessons

We offer Private and Semi Private (2, 3 & 4) Sessions. You can choose between Pilates, Cardio and Weight training or a mix of all three. To learn more about our privates or schedule a time, please reach out to hello@provisionstudio.com or give us a call at 205-613-1378.

Instructor Training Program

We offer a comprehensive training program that will give you a solid understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and postural issues, a strong command of the Pilates exercise repertoire, the ability to see the need for modifications and how to adjust accordingly, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients to reach their fitness goals.
