Private and Semi-Private Sessions

All Provision Studio Instructors are trained to guide clients through personalized workouts tailored to their unique fitness levels, goals, and needs. Whether you're aiming to build muscle, enhance your endurance, or improve flexibility, private sessions will be customized to address your needs. Our instructors possess a deep understanding of anatomy, movement mechanics, and the principles of Pilates, ensuring safe and effective exercises. In our Private Sessions, we provide one-on-one attention, offering customized exercises that focus on building strength, improving flexibility, enhancing posture, and promoting overall well-being. Our goal is to help our clients achieve their goals in a supportive, focused, and motivating environment.

We offer Private and Semi Private (2, 3 & 4) Sessions. You can choose between Pilates, Cardio and Weight training or a mix of all three. Group Fitness Instructor

Our Group Fitness Instructors are trained in Group Fitness Exercise or the equipment they are teaching on. These instructors specialize in a variety of fitness techniques, including strength training, cardio conditioning, mobility exercises, and functional movements.

Apprentice Instructor 

An Apprentice instructor at Provision Studio is a Pilates student practicing The Onyx Method’s flow method of teaching or another pilates education while studying to finish their certification. They have finished all necessary classroom hours and are completing the rest of their required hours to move towards certification. They will be highly encouraged and have access to continuing education and mentorship from our Lead Instructor and Owner.

Certified Instructor

Our certified instructors are certified on at least one pilates apparatus and have experience guiding individuals through personalized Pilates workouts. They are required to complete at least 8 hours of continuing education every 2 years which will deepen their practice and knowledge base in assessing and working with clients. They have access to continuing education and mentorship from our Lead Instructor and Owner.

Master Instructor

Our Master Instructors are comprehensively trained and certified on all 5 Pilates Apparatuses. They have completed multiple continuing education courses and are proficient in executing a posture & movement analysis, have one or more specialty certifications, and mentor and train other instructors on how to teach the Pilates method.
