Hospitality & Childcare Team Member

No two days are the same, and you'll use our systems and CRM to help connect with current and prospective members while ensuring our community feels cared for every step of the way.

One unique aspect of this role is supporting our instructor team by caring for their children while they teach. We believe that supporting our instructors extends beyond the studio floor, and providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for their little ones allows them to focus on delivering an exceptional class experience.

A Day in the Life:

• Assist the Manager by tracking leads, following up with prospects, selling introductory packages, educating trial members, converting them into memberships, retaining existing members through exceptional service, and assisting with operational projects.

• Provide excellent customer service to every client.

• Support prospective members throughout the intake process to help match each client with the perfect membership and class schedule.

• Lead studio tours for new clients.

• Greet every guest who walks through the door.

• Celebrate members throughout all of their milestone visits by preparing handwritten cards and informing instructors.

• Answer phones, texts, and emails.

• Conduct the daily cleaning checklist and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.

• Perform routine equipment maintenance by tightening bolts and screws, checking springs, and cleaning reformer tracks and crevices.

• Assist instructors with class setup and transitions.

• Help manage the studio schedule by looking ahead to ensure classes are scheduled appropriately.

• Provide marketing and social media support.

• Provide childcare for instructors while they teach, creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for their children. This includes supervising activities, ensuring children's safety, communicating with parents as needed, and helping create a family-friendly culture within the studio.

• Work approximately one Saturday each month (rotated among the team).

• Support teammates by covering or swapping shifts when needed.
