“I’ve been attending classes at Provison for a year now & honestly have a hard time putting into words how much this studio has meant to me. It’s been a place of both physical & mental well being.
At 8 months pregnant, my body often feels like it’s not my own, but continuing Pilates has given me a feeling of normalcy. Classes look a little different as I learn to honor my body in new ways - I may bridge with my feet on the platform now & you definitely won’t see me doing the teaser, but I leave each class feeling strong & more capable than ever. A special thank you to my sweet 6:30am M,W,F teachers (Katelyn, Mary Ben, & Alli) who go above & beyond by including modifications for me in each class. I’m so grateful for your support & encouragement!"
