Children at Provision Studio

At Provision, we strive to create a focused, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and team. Children are not permitted to attend group classes, with the exception of infants under 1 year old who meet the requirements outlined below. We understand that occasionally a one-time situation or emergency may arise where bringing your child with you is necessary. If you need to bring your child to the studio, please ask the studio ahead of time so we can determine whether we are able to accommodate the situation.

Group Classes

Children may not attend group classes, including sitting in the lobby while a parent participates in a group class.

Exception: Infants Under 1 Year Old | An infant under 1 year old may attend a group class with their parent if they can quietly and safely remain secured in a car seat positioned directly next to the parent for the duration of the class.

  • The car seat must remain next to the parent and in a safe location that does not interfere with the instructor, equipment, walkways, or other clients.

  • The parent is responsible for the infant at all times.

  • Provision instructors/front desk staff are not responsible for supervising, entertaining, or caring for the infant.

  • If the infant begins crying, becomes disruptive, needs to be removed from the car seat, or otherwise requires the parent's attention, the parent must leave the classroom with the infant.

For any other child or situation, including a one-time need or emergency, you must contact the studio before arriving. Approval will depend on the circumstances and whether we can safely accommodate the situation. Bringing a child without prior approval is not permitted. If you arrive with a child without asking first, you may be asked to leave.

Private Appointments

Children may accompany a parent to a private appointment, provided the parent is able to safely supervise the child throughout the appointment.

  • Children may not use or play on studio equipment.

  • Children may not enter staff-only areas or areas that are not part of the appointment.

  • The parent is responsible for supervising their child at all times.

  • Provision instructors/front desk staff are not responsible for supervising, entertaining, or caring for children.

  • The child must not interfere with the experience of other clients or our team.

Disruptive Children

Whether attending with a private appointment or an approved exception, if a child becomes disruptive, cannot remain safely with the parent, attempts to access equipment or restricted areas, or requires attention from Provision staff, the parent will be asked to leave the studio with the child. Our team cannot step away from their studio responsibilities to supervise or care for a child.

This policy is intended to help us maintain a safe, focused, and enjoyable environment for everyone while still allowing some flexibility when a family has a genuine one-time need. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you always check with the studio first if you need to bring your child.
