PILATES

FOUNDATIONS REFORMER

A slower-paced introduction to Pilates on the Reformer. You’ll learn foundational movements, core engagement, and proper alignment in a supportive setting with personalized instruction. Ideal for beginners or anyone looking to refine their technique.

REFORMER

This is our signature Pilates class using the Reformer, a spring-based machine designed to support, challenge, and refine your movement. Perfect for all fitness levels, Reformer Pilates improves posture, strengthens your core, increases flexibility, and promotes long-term joint health. In this full-body workout, you’ll move through a series of controlled, alignment-focused exercises that target every major muscle group—especially the often-underused stabilizing muscles. The Reformer’s adjustable resistance allows you to customize intensity, making the class accessible whether you're brand new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner. Expect slow, precise movement with a deep emphasis on breath, form, and control. Each class is intentionally programmed to restore balance in the body by building strength, lengthening tight areas, and improving coordination. We incorporate props like the box, jumpboard, ring, etc to add variety and challenge. Provision Studio offers small class sizes so that every client receives hands-on guidance and personalized instruction. Whether you’re working through an injury, building foundational strength, or seeking to elevate your Pilates practice, Reformer is a cornerstone class to support your long-term wellness.

ADVANCED REFORMER

Designed for seasoned clients, this fast-paced class incorporates advanced Pilates exercises with quick transitions and dynamic sequences. You’ll build strength, increase endurance, and deepen core stability. Expect a more intense, cardio-driven Reformer experience. Previous Reformer experience at our studio required.

TOWER REFORMER

This hybrid class combines the Tower system on the Reformer with Mat Pilates for a unique experience that merges support and resistance. The Tower is attached to the Reformer, but offers a more stable surface to work from. Using springs, bodyweight, and small props, you’ll enhance strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance in a low-impact, highly effective format.

PRE/POST NATAL REFORMER PILATES

A safe and effective Pilates-based workout designed to support you throughout pregnancy and postpartum. This class focuses on posture, breath, and core stabilization to help reduce discomfort, strengthen the body, and prepare for delivery and recovery. Modifications are offered based on trimester and how you’re feeling. Always consult your doctor before beginning or continuing any prenatal fitness regimen. Pilates centers you with a focus on posture, breathing and core work. It strengthens and gently stretches the pregnant body and encourages you to embrace the physical changes the body goes through during pregnancy. As with all prenatal exercise, Pilates is not as much about getting in the best shape of your life as it is a tool to help prepare for the pregnancy process. Conditioning your core through Pilates while pregnant targets muscles that protect your back and are central to labor and delivery. Pilates helps prepare you for the most physical experience your body will go through. Plus, a healthy core during pregnancy leads to a quicker recovery after the baby arrives.

First Trimester- The initial stage of pregnancy brings upon a mixed bag of joy and discomfort. It is common to feel fatigue, nausea, and upper back and shoulder tension. This is a good time to work on posture awareness, breathing, core exercises, gentle stretching and pelvic floor exercises. Slow and gentle strengthening can be done if you feel up to it.

Second Trimester-This is the stage of pregnancy when you feel your best. You're done with the morning sickness and have tons of energy. And is that a bump we see!? With the expansion of your belly comes the gradual pushing forward and shifting of your center of gravity. Weight shifting forward can lead to tight calf and hip muscles, weak hamstrings, compression of the lower back and a forward shoulder roll that leads to front shoulder tension. We'll help relieve the pain with exercises that encourage good posture, gently stretch the tight and compressed areas, and strengthen the weak ones. Since at this stage you can no longer be on your back, we implement correct body positions while keeping muscles toned, and allowing the body to provide good circulation for you and your baby.

Third Trimester- There's a good chance that by now you're feeling uncomfortable. The baby’s movement is strongly felt, the joints of your pelvis may feel loose, breathing may be more difficult, and you may have swelling in your hands, ankles, and feet. We know you're counting down the days! It is our goal to help ease the discomfort of this final stage of pregnancy. At this time it is important to keep up with gentle exercises, emphasize deep breathing for relaxation and become familiar with poses that reduce swelling. This is a good time to build stamina and courage in preparation for labor and delivery. The health and safety of you and your baby are of the upmost importance to us. We encourage you to discuss your fitness plans with your doctor and let us know if either of you have any concerns.

PILATES SUSPENSION

This strength-centered class uses suspension straps to challenge your core, flexibility, and stability. Combining Pilates principles with bodyweight resistance and functional movement, it’s a powerful way to sculpt your body and improve posture.

PILATES SUSPENSION & REFORMER FUSION

Two incredible formats in one: This class splits time between suspension training and Reformer work. Build strength, improve flexibility, and increase core control with this balanced and challenging workout.

CARDIO

FOUNDATIONS BOUNCE

New to bounce? This intro class is slower-paced and focuses on building your confidence with our Bellicon rebounders. You’ll learn proper form while gently increasing strength and stamina using weights and resistance bands. Get the benefits of better balance, proprioception, lymphatic support, and bone density building. Modifications are always provided.

BOUNCE BLAST

This 35-minute class is all about cardio and strength! Expect fast-paced, heart-pumping rebounder intervals paired with weights and resistance bands. It’s a fun, efficient calorie-burning session that delivers big results in a short time.

ACCELERATE

Our signature circuit-training class that blends cutting-edge equipment with Pilates precision. Accelerate combines low-impact cardio using Woodway treadmills and Bellicon rebounders with functional, alignment-based strength training. Expect a high-energy, full-body workout that improves posture, burns calories, and boosts cardiovascular health—all while being gentle on the joints. Exclusive to Provision Studio, this one-of-a-kind class is designed to challenge and empower. 

CARDIO REFORMER

Elevate your heart rate while strengthening your body using the jumpboard, floor cardio, and resistance work. This class fuses plyometric-inspired movement with traditional Reformer work, giving you the benefits of cardio, core strengthening, and joint support—all in one.

TREADS

Use this time for your own guided or self-paced treadmill workout in our state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills. Choose from one of our workout cards or do your own thing. No instructor, no distractions—just you and the treadmill. (Equipment limited to treadmill only.)

BOUNCE & BOSU FUSION

This high-energy fusion class alternates between Bellicon rebounder cardio and BOSU-based strength and stability work. Designed to elevate your heart rate, improve balance, and tone the entire body.

BOUNCE & PILATES SUSPENSION FUSION

A powerful blend of cardio and strength, this class pairs 20–30 minutes of trampoline-based cardio with 20–30 minutes of suspension strength training. Rebounding improves lymphatic flow and bone density, while suspension straps develop core control, balance, and flexibility. This class delivers a dynamic, low-impact, high-intensity workout.

BOUNCE & REFORMER FUSION

A perfect balance of movement and control, this class fuses 20-25 minutes rebounding cardio with 20–25 minutes of Pilates Reformer work. You'll tone, strengthen, and boost cardiovascular fitness while improving stability and alignment.

BOUNCE & WEIGHTS FUSION

Experience the benefits of low-impact cardio and full-body strength training in one efficient session. This class uses Bellicon rebounders, free weights, resistance bands, and other props to help you build lean muscle, support bone density, and improve metabolic health—all while having fun.

A strength-based class that uses free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight to build muscle, improve bone density, and support hormone balance. Functional, effective, and designed to challenge all levels.

WEIGHTS & REFORMER FUSION

This fusion class combines the resistance of the Reformer with strength-building exercises using weights and bands. Expect a powerful full-body workout that tones muscles, improves posture, and boosts your metabolism.

MOBILITY

STRETCH & MOBILITY

A restorative class focused on lengthening muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing joint mobility. Great for recovery, injury prevention, and stress relief. Ideal for all fitness levels and especially beneficial as a complement to your strength or cardio workouts. Open to all levels of flexibility.
