Madelyn Jones
Madelyn Jones, originally from Gardendale, AL, where she graduated before heading college at UAB. She is currently in her final year studying Early Childhood Education. She always had a passion for helping others and creating welcoming spaces, which makes her excited to be part of the front desk team here at the studio.
Lex Brown
Lex was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, where movement has always been a core part of her life. A multi-sport athlete — track and field, volleyball, tennis, and basketball — she went on to play volleyball at Birmingham-Southern College.
Nearly ten years ago, she discovered Pilates after being introduced to it by her father-in-law, and what started as a single class quickly became a twice-weekly practice they shared for years. It became a grounding way to reconnect with movement in a sustainable, challenging way.
After moving back to Birmingham, Lex found Provision and has been a dedicated member ever since. She holds a doctorate in education and has worked across early childhood, elementary, and higher education, with a lifelong love of learning that has extended into her Pilates practice.
Outside the studio, she enjoys time with her husband Aaron, their dog Beaux, family and friends, naps, tennis, and exploring new restaurants.
Abby Davis
Abby was born and raised in Alabama and is originally from Mountain Brook, where she finished high school. She then moved to Auburn, AL and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Microbiology and Minor in Dance. She is passionate about the medical field and is exploring new areas in her career, while continuing to pursue her love of movement and wellness.
As the daughter of a dedicated fitness trainer and Pilates instructor who has worked with Provision for years, Pilates has been a familiar and meaningful part of her life. She has always loved taking sessions herself and is excited to now share that passion with the Provision community. With a background in soccer and competitive dance, being strong, mobile, and grounded are important to her and an outlet such as Provision challenges her in that way.
When not in the studio, Abby enjoys cooking, traveling, quality time with friends and family, music, and making every excuse to be outside and be active. She is passionate about encouraging people and making them feel seen and heard inside of a fun and relaxing environment. She hopes that everyone who walks in the doors leaves feeling better than they did when they arrived. She is grateful to play a small part in creating that experience from the Provision front desk.
Hannah Richburg
Hannah is from Birmingham and a proud Oak Mountain High School graduate.
She’s currently studying Early Childhood Education at UAB and is excited to pursue a career in teaching. Helping others and making a meaningful difference in their lives is what fuels her, both in the classroom and in the studio.
Mallory Kimbrell
Mallory was born and raised right here in Birmingham, and grew up in a fitness focused family. This focus led her to a Sports Management degree from South Alabama. Since moving back to Birmingham she has had a variety of careers in the sporting, corporate, and non-profit sectors.
Mallory discovered Pilates and Provision a few years ago looking for a new way of movement that would also support old sport injuries and fell in love with the studio and the variety of movement offered.
When not at Provision you can find her at the farmers market, walking her dogs, or needlepointing.
