We work with a wide range of bodies, goals, and lived experiences. Our clients span all ages and backgrounds. From those in their 20’s building a foundation of strength, to our oldest client in her 80’s focused on maintaining mobility and independence.
We also support individuals navigating complex needs, including chronic low back pain, multiple sclerosis, anxiety, injury recovery, and other conditions that benefit from mindful, adaptive movement.
Our approach is always the same: meet each client where they are, move with intention, and provide thoughtful, personalized coaching that supports both how the body feels and how it functions in daily life.
