Lenora Stroupe

Instructor

Lenora Stroupe began taking Pilates & Yoga classes in college and fell in love with the strength and flexibility these exercises created.

She is a RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor and has been practicing yoga for over 8 years. She is also trained on the Bellicon Rebounder and our cardio classes. You will find her on the schedule teaching Accelerate, Bounce & Weights, and Pilates Suspension Method.

She works full time as a Senior Financial Analyst and enjoys teaching all types of exercises to help transform the body and get clients to use their muscles to the fullest potential.
