Mary Jane is a mother of two energetic kids who keep her on her toes and a mischievous dog, named June. Mary Jane understands the need for balance—both in life and in fitness.

Her journey to Pilates began in 2023 after years of boot camp-style fitness left her yearning for a change that nurtured both her strength and mindfulness. The transformative power of mindful movement and core connection has allowed her to engage a sense of calm and focus that was previously absent.

Now, Mary Jane is committed to helping others achieve that same balance. When not at the studio, Mary Jane spends every moment she can outdoors. From chasing the kids at the playground to playing a game of tennis, Mary Jane believes in embracing movement with enthusiasm and using Pilates as a tool to improve functional movement.
