Late Cancellations/No Shows
We require a minimum of 6 hours notice to cancel a class and 12 hours to cancel a private session. If you have a session package, you will lose that session if you cancel the class 6 hours or less before the start of class or 12 hours or less before the start of your private session. If you have an unlimited package, a late cancellation/no show fee of $10 will be charged to your card on file. If you don’t have a package a drop in session will be charged to the card on file.
Waitlist
If you are on the waitlist and can no longer attend class, please cancel yourself off of the waitlist. You can be added to the class and off the waitlist up to 30 minutes before class. If you are added to class and then late cancel, the late cancellation policy will apply. By signing up for the waitlist, you are saying that if a spot opens up, you will attend. If you get moved in and can no longer attend, and it is within 6 hours of the class, it is considered a late cancel. There is no penalty to remove yourself from the waitlist at any point!
Late to Class
If you are not present by 5 minutes after the start of class, your spot may be given to clients on the waitlist. This allows us to accommodate as many participants as possible and maintain class flow. Clients who arrive 10 minutes or later after the class has started will not be permitted to enter the studio. This is to maintain the integrity of the class and to ensure the safety of all participants.
