As a former dancer, Vivian Givhan, is a fan of all types of movement. She has taught barre fitness since 2013, and also has a 200 hour yoga certification.
Although Vivian enjoys teaching many types of fitness class, she lately particularly loves the sweaty, fun energy of Bounce & Weights.
In Vivian's classes, you can expect high energy, beat-driven playlists and movements with thoughtful, positive cueing.
